The Spanish Competitor, Oscar Pereiro who won the biggest prize in road cycling in 2006 will arrive this weekend to the north of Argentina to participate in the 5th edition of La Etapa Argentina by Le Tour de France as a special guest.

Same as other years, La Etapa Argentina by Le Tour de France will have and ex-pro rider, the Spanish Oscar Pereiro who is 38 years old and confirmed his presence in the start line on September 18 in Salta.

Pereiro won the Tour de France in 2006 with the team Caisse d'Epargne, being the fifth Spanish rider to get the victory in the history. This way, once again there will be a top class guest for a great weekend in one of the most important races of South America.

Same as the iberic, other stars of the cycling world have already visited Argentina for La Etapa, such as: Pedro Delgado (2012 and 2014), Bernard Hinault (2013) and Miguel Indurain (2011).
